  1. License agreement 
  2.  
  3. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ATTENTIVELY ! 
  4. The present license agreement is a legal document, it consists
  5. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and fCoder
  6. Group International, for the fCoder software product identified
  7. above, which includes computer software and may include
  8. associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic
  9. documentation hereafter known as ("PROGRAM").
  10. The PROGRAM also includes any updates and supplements to
  11. the original PROGRAM provided to you by fCoder Group International.
  12. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the
  13. PROGRAM, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
  14. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not install or use the
  15. PROGRAM.

  17. THE LICENSE FOR the PROGRAM
  18. The PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
  19. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  20. The PROGRAM is licensed, not sold. 
  21.  
  22. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. 
  23. This AGREEMENT gives you the following rights: 
  24. *) Systems Software.
  25. You may install and use one copy of the PROGRAM on a single computer,
  26. including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER").
  27. *) Storage and use in a network 
  28. You may also store or install a copy of the PROGRAM on a storage device,
  29. such as a network server, used only to install or run the PROGRAM on your other
  30. COMPUTERS over an internal network. However, you must acquire a dedicated
  31. license for each separate COMPUTER on or from which the PROGRAM is
  32. installed, used, accessed, displayed or run. A license for the PROGRAM may not
  33. be shared or used concurrently on different COMPUTERS.

  35. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
  36. *) Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompiling, and Disassembling.
  37. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the PROGRAM, except
  38. and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
  39. notwithstanding this limitation.
  40. *) Separation of Components.
  41. The PROGRAM is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be
  42. separated for use on more than one computer.
  43. *) Rental. 
  44. You are not authorized to rent, lease or lend the PROGRAM.
  45. *) Software Transfer.
  46. The initial user of the PROGRAM may make a one-time permanent transfer of
  47. this PROGRAM only directly to an end user and this transfer must include all of the
  48. PROGRAM (including all component parts, the media and printed materials (if any),
  49. any upgrades, and this agreement.) The end-user of such transfer must agree to
  50. comply with the terms of this agreement. 
  51. *) Termination. 
  52. Without prejudice to any other rights, fCoder Group International may terminate the
  53. present agreement if you do not observe its conditions and rules. In such event,
  54. you must destroy all copies of the PROGRAM.

  56. 3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  57. THIS SOFTWARE ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  58. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR
  59. ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
  60. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which program
  61. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
  62. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested
  63. with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using
  64. the program.
  65. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  66. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
  67.  
  68. COPYRIGHT.
  69. The program, including any images, photo, animation, video, sound recordings, music
  70. and text, are the intellectual property of FCoder Group International or its suppliers and may
  71. be protected by the legislation on the copyright and rules of the intellectual property laws and treaties.
  72. This agreement does not authorize you to make copies of printed materials accompanying the Program.
